Retail Internet Banking

Yapi Kredi is now offering Internet Banking services to its Retail Clients. Retail Internet Banking Support menu provides you with the following information:

Application

Accessing Yapi Kredi Internet Banking is very simple. All you have to do is:

  • Click Internet Banking button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  • You will be redirected to Internet Banking login page.
  • Click "I want to sign up for Retail Internet Banking" link.
  • You will be redirected to "Retail Internet Banking Registration Request" page.
  • All fields are mandatory and should be filled in order to proceed:
  1. Customer Number: Your Customer Number with us. This number can be found on your account statements or account opening letter. If you are not a customer, you must open an account first.
  2. Name Surname: Your full Name Surname as seen on your ID.
  3. Mobile Phone: Your mobile phone number including the country code.
  4. Date of Birth: Your Date of Birth as seen on your ID.
  5. E-mail Address: Your E-mail Address with us. If you have not provided an e-mail address during account opening, then fill in the e-mail address that you currently use.
  6. OTP Type: One Time Password (OTP) enhances the security of Internet Banking by allowing you to use one-time passwords for Internet banking entries and transactions.
  7. Safety Code: Enter Safety Code shown on the right-hand side. When you click continue you will be redirected to overview page. Check your information and click approval.
  • An application request number will be shown. Please keep this number for future inquiries.
  • We will process your application and contact you as soon as possible.

Transaction List

You will be able to perform most of the banking transactions through Yapi Kredi Internet Banking. Please kindly note that some functions may not be available for you depending of your profile or preferences.

Cut-off Times

Activities such as viewing account statements; adding or changing smart guide / smart assistant / trusted recipient etc. records; security and password transactions and similar operations are possible 24 hours a day. Transactions such as time deposit opening and money transfers will be subject to time restriction. 

 

Smart SMS

Two Stage Security with Smart SMS.

Smart SMS is an authentication technique based on One Time Password that you can use for internet banking login and transaction signing. Smart SMS creates two stage security because you enter the one time password send to your mobile phone after you enter your User ID and password. The one time password becomes invalid the moment you use it; so that it cannot be used again either by you or by anyone else. You do not have to carry a device to use Internet Banking.

What are the advantages?

  • It ensures two-stage security,
  • It is easy to use,
  • No need to carry any device,
  • It does not require any software; it works independently from the operating system.

How can I use Smart SMS?

For login, you will enter one time password that you receive on your mobile phone after you enter your user ID and static password. For transaction signing, you will receive new one time passwords.

Shall I pay any fee for the Smart SMS?

Smart SMS is provided free-of-charge with your initial application. Please contact our Call Center for more information.

How can I receive Smart SMS?

You will automatically receive a Smart SMS to your mobile number when you log into Yapi Kredi Internet Banking.

How long does the Smart SMS valid for?

You have to use your generated password within 3 minutes to enter Internet Banking. The counter on the screen indicates how much time remains and at the end of this time, password within the Smart SMS becomes invalid.
