Yapi Kredi Bank Nederland ensures that its strategy is always aligned with the interests of its stakeholders. The Management Board steers the Bank so that its strategy reflects the Bank’s goals, values and risk appetite.

The Bank has set out its Business Principles in its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and its Integrity Policy. All employees, including the members of the Supervisory Board, Management Board and committees, promise to respect and enforce these principles.
