Accessibility matters to Yapi Kredi Bank Nederland N.V. We want everyone to be able to use and understand our information and services easily, including people who rely on assistive technologies. That is why we continue to take accessibility and usability into account in the management and further development of our website and other digital channels.
Accessibility review
An independent accessibility review of the website www.yapikredi.nl was carried out by Bureau Toegankelijkheid (www.bureautoegankelijkheid.nl), an organisation specialised in digital accessibility and inclusion. The review was conducted in accordance with the international WCAG-EM methodology and is based on the WCAG 2.2 guidelines, Levels A and AA.
The review covered both the public website and the secure internet banking environment (intbank.yapikredi.nl). The findings show how these digital environments currently align with the applicable accessibility guidelines. They also provide a solid basis for the further improvement of our website and online services.
Improvement and reassessment
Yapi Kredi Bank Nederland N.V. uses the results of the review to further refine its website and digital services. An accessibility assessment is always a snapshot in time. For that reason, we continue to work on accessibility and will update this information whenever appropriate. No later than December 2026, we will arrange for both the website and our digital channels to be reviewed again.
