Here, you can easily access and download various important documents, including the Savings Account Opening Form and CRS Form. These forms are essential for opening a savings account with us. To successfully open a savings account, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Account Opening Form,
  • CRS Form,
  • Valid passport or both sides of your ID card.

Please note that your application cannot be processed if any of the following conditions are not met:

  • The signature on the form does not match the signature on your identity document,
  • The form is not completely filled in,
  • The signature, photo, or BSN number is not visible on your identity document.
